Shipping Policy

1. Scope of delivery

LB FACTORY SRL ships throughout Italy and, where applicable, also to European Union and non-EU countries.

2. Processing and shipping times

Orders are processed within [X] business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.

Estimated delivery times are:

Italy (Standard): 2-5 business days
Italy (Express): 1-2 business days
European Union: 5-7 working days
Non-EU countries: 7-15 working days (subject to customs checks)

The times indicated are indicative and non-binding. Any delays not attributable to LB FACTORY SRL (e.g., strikes, weather events, holidays) do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may vary based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.

4. Couriers and tracking

Shipments are made via couriers selected by LB FACTORY SRL to ensure reliability and punctuality. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery.

5. Failure to deliver

If the recipient is absent, the courier will attempt delivery again or deposit the package at a collection point. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to LB FACTORY SRL.

6. Duties and customs fees (for shipments outside the EU)

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.
