Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers)

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), if you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing for purposes not related to their professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days of receiving the products.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit communication (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) within 14 days to:

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments you have made to us, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive one offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

 

Returning products

Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

 

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases (art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005):

• goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;

• supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, unsealed after delivery;

• supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

Defective or non-compliant products

If your product is defective or non-compliant, please contact us promptly at info@lbfactory.it to arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
