The pulp and intense aroma of Leccine and Celline olives, grown in Puglia and harvested by hand, create a pesto that's a journey through rural tradition. For this olive pesto, we've selected two of the finest varieties grown in Puglia's olive groves: Leccine from the Salento area and Celline from Nardò. We hand-pick them between October and November, as was traditionally done, to preserve their qualities. The combination of these two olives creates a pesto with an intense aroma and rounded flavor, enriched with carefully selected ingredients: fresh basil and sun-dried eggplant from our garden, almonds, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
