    The steps to follow to make a perfect iced coffee with almond milk, according to the specifications created and registered by Giovanni Sanasi, AIBES Head Bartender and Sommelier:

    – 1. Take a low “old fashioned” tumbler glass and fill it with dry ice straight from the freezer.

    – 2. Prepare an Espresso.

    – 3. Sweeten the espresso with Maglio Almond Milk

    – 4. Use the stirrer to cool the glass thoroughly and remove any excess water.

    – 5. Pour the freshly brewed and sweetened espresso into the glass and serve neat.

    – 6. “blown” option: use the coffee machine’s wand to blow for 3-4 seconds, creating a soft, creamy, fine, velvety foam on the surface.
