I Contadini Turnip Tops Cream

This is a typical Salento turnip variety, integral to our identity. It's cultivated starting in October and harvested in stages from December to March. Once harvested, the turnips are cleaned by hand with a small knife to remove the toughest parts, blanched, and finely ground.
