Torre Sant'Emiliano Goat's Milk Caciotta

Semi-mature table cheese made with cow's milk, sheep's milk, rennet, salt, and select lactic acid bacteria. It has a sweet flavor and a semi-soft texture, a straw-yellow color, and occasional small holes.
